I hope things are well with you“.
- I hope things are well with you.
- I hope you are (doing) well.
- I hope your day is going well.
- I hope this e-mail finds you well.
- I hope you are enjoying this spring weather.
- I hope you had a nice vacation.
- Thank you for your letter dated 21 March.
- Thank you for your enquiry about …
- Thank you for your call.
- Thank you for your e-mail, and I was pleased to speak to you just now about your interest in our products.
- It was good to speak to you this morning.
- I am glad were were able to speak on the phone this morning.
- It was good to meet yesterday.
- I take pleasure in inviting you to attend our …
- I appreciate your cooperation/understanding in trying to resolve this problem.
- Thank you for your e-mail regarding …. We have been very concerned about this and are glad that you brought this to our notice.
- We are sorry to learn from your letter of 6 June that …
- Thank you for your message. I’m so glad you have given us the opportunity to explain a most unfortunate misunderstanding.
